Pipeline Detectors
Detectronic metal detection

Inspection inside the pipe, before the product is packed
For pumped and semi-solid product. The detector sits in the pipe run — typically between filler and clipper, or directly after the stuffer — and an automatic valve or piston rejects only the contaminated portion, without stopping the line.
Track Int’l Trade specifies Detectronic pipeline systems for Egyptian plants: pipe size, coupling standard, filler brand and how the hall is cleaned.
Closed product flow
No belt, no transfer point. Emulsion, mince, dairy, sauces and wet pet food stay in the pipe until they are packed.
Fits the filler you run
Handtmann, Vemag, Rex, Risco and others — supplied with the connection already used on the line, height and fill angle adjustable.
Reject without a stop
Automatic valve or piston. A lockable collection bucket keeps diverted product off the floor when the detector is a CCP.
Built for washdown
3 mm 316 stainless. Product-contact parts come apart for cleaning. IP68 / IP69K versions for high-pressure wash.
Sizes and typical use
Standard pipe sizes
- 1.5″ to 10″. Larger and special diameters are built to the coupling you already run.
- 2″ / Ø51 mm — fine emulsion, pâté, small-calibre sausage, dairy
- 2.5″ / Ø62 mm — fine emulsion, small-calibre sausage
- 3″ / Ø76 mm — general sausage, minced meat, sauces
- 4″ / Ø100 mm — coarser product, higher throughput
- 5″–10″ — built to order
Where factories install it
After a vacuum filler, pump or emulsifier; before the clipper or portioner.
- Sausage and emulsion — Handtmann, Vemag and similar fillers
- Dairy — milk, cream, curd, processed cheese
- Sauces and dressings
- Wet pet food in a closed system
- Optional test port in the product stream, not on the outside of the pipe
