Incline, conveyors & custom

Detectronic metal detection

If the line does not fit a catalogue machine, we draw one that does

Detectronic builds incline conveyors with detection in the same frame, stainless conveyors and convergers to your belt height, and non-standard detectors when aperture, temperature or layout will not take a standard unit.

Track Int’l Trade specifies these for Egyptian plants from a layout, a photograph or a drawing — built in Støvring, supported locally.

Lift and inspect

Find the metal on the way up to the grinder, not after it. One handling step instead of a conveyor plus a separate detector.

Built to the layout

Discharge height, incline, belt width and cleat spacing are set by the plant, not by a standard length in a brochure.

Single-lane feeding

Convergers take packs from a thermoformer into one lane so the detector aperture can be smaller — and more sensitive.

OEM and specials

Non-standard apertures, high-temperature pipe, filler couplings, Ethernet and interface drawings for machine builders.

Three ways we build around the line

Incline block conveyors

Cleated belt from floor level to a grinder, mixer or hopper, with metal detection in the same frame.

  • Frozen blocks, mince, trim and bulk that would slide on a flat belt
  • Tool-free belt release for cleaning
  • Washdown specification available

Stainless conveyors

Straight or curved conveyors, convergers and dividers, supplied alone or as the carrier for a detector or checkweigher.

  • Belt height, width and length set by the machines either side
  • Food-approved belting, centre drive available
  • Fewer tips and jams at the transfer

Custom solutions

If the standard solution does not fit, Detectronic changes the machine, not the line. Drawn and fabricated in-house.

  • Aperture or pipe outside the standard range
  • Teflon piston and tube above 100 °C
  • OEM builds with drawings and electrical specifications

Specifications

Incline function Cleated incline conveyor with integrated metal detection
Belt Cleated modular belt; width, cleat height and pitch specified for the product
Layout Discharge height, incline angle and length built to the receiving machine
Construction Stainless steel, hygienic design, sealed levelling feet
Cleaning Tool-free belt release; washdown specification available
Conveyors Straight or curved; convergers and dividers; food-approved belting
Custom Non-standard aperture, frame, temperature, couplings and OEM integration
Reject on an incline Most installations stop the belt and signal rather than rejecting on the slope

Send the layout

Tell Track what the conveyor has to feed, how high it has to reach, and what will not fit a standard detector. A photograph or plan of the space is usually enough for a Detectronic drawing.
