Every pack weighed in motion, on the line
A Detectronic checkweigher weighs every pack as it travels and removes any pack outside the set tolerance. It protects the customer against underfill, and it shows the producer how much product is being given away above target.
Track Int’l Trade supplies standalone checkweighers or a combination system with metal detection in one frame — specified for Egyptian packing lines, pack format and how the hall is cleaned.
In-line, every pack
Nothing is taken off the line to be checked. Infeed spaces the packs, the weigh belt measures, the outfeed presents rejects.
Weight and metal together
A combination system puts both checks in one frame, one control, less line length and fewer transfer points where packs jam.
Separate reject bins
Underweight can be reworked. Metal must be quarantined. Combination machines never empty both reasons into one bin.
