WET DETECT

Detectronic metal detection

The same detection, in an enclosure built for the cleaning

WET DETECT is Detectronic’s sealed range for halls that are hosed down every day with hot water, foam or chemicals — and expected to run the next morning. It is not a different detector: it uses the same 607 and 608 platforms as the rest of the range.

Track Int’l Trade specifies WET DETECT in Egypt when the line is wet. If production is dry or chilled and cleaning is light, a standard tunnel, pipeline or free-fall system is the more economical answer.

IP68 / IP69K

Rated for high-pressure wash, not merely surviving it. Sealed cable entries, gasketed covers, no open USB on the enclosure.

Open frame

No hidden surfaces. The machine can be inspected as well as cleaned — which is what an auditor actually asks to see.

Same 607 / 608

Sensitivity, reject logic and the operator screen are the ones your team already knows. What changes is everything around the electronics.

Tool-free clean

Belt and guarding release by hand. Hygienic bolts, sealed bearings and sealed feet — specified for two years of daily washdown, not a drawing.

Conveyor or pipeline

Conveyor systems

A complete machine: detector head, stainless conveyor, reject and control, built to your belt height, width and product. Frame, belt and guarding are specified for washdown.

  • Packed and unpacked product on a belt
  • Reject: pusher, air blast, retracting belt or drop flap
  • Retractable belt section available for cleaning access

Pipeline systems

For pumped and semi-solid product, in the pipe between filler and clipper or after the stuffer. No transfer point, nothing to clean around.

  • Emulsion, mince, sauces, dairy, wet pet food
  • Pipe sizes from 1.5″ to 10″
  • Reject valve integrated into the pipe run

Specify WET DETECT for your hall

Tell Track the product, the line and how the plant is cleaned. If the hall is hosed down daily, this is the specification to ask for from the start — not an upgrade to consider later.
