Serialized cartons become a bundle, an outer case or a pallet when the parent-child relationship is recorded. This semi-automatic station is built for factories, 3PLs and warehouses. The pack is presented with the printed surface facing the camera. The station counts, prepares the aggregation, and prints the parent label.
It aggregates and de-aggregates, including single-SKU and mixed-SKU builds and pallet aggregation. Outer cases are up to 60 × 40 × 40 cm. Where a case packer should aggregate fully automatically, Track specifies that in-line station from a site survey of the machine already on the floor.

An operator presents each unit. The camera has to see the printed surface. The label is generated and printed on the station.
