Level 3 Software

Site Manager and Enterprise Manager

04 five level architecture stack

The layer that holds the site, and speaks to the authority

Site Manager sits above the Level 2 systems on each station. It manages those line systems, stores the site’s serial data, and is the point that exchanges with ERP, GS1 and the Egyptian Drug Authority. It is built for factories, 3PLs, warehouses and pharmacies, on an ERP platform — so manufacturing, inventory, sales and the rest of the operational modules can live in the same system.

A single site can run Site Manager on its own: work orders, serial numbers, government reporting, code reconciliation and the 3PL exchange stay there. A group with several facilities puts Enterprise Manager above the sites. Enterprise Manager owns multi-site governance, corporate reporting and serial generation. Each site still runs Site Manager for its own lines.

Serials live here

Site Manager stores the site. Enterprise Manager generates serials for the group.

ERP, GS1, EDA

The communication point between the lines, your ERP, GS1 and the Egyptian Drug Authority.

Three user levels

Admin, Supervisor and Operator, with password rules, lockout and a full audit trail.

Lines on one screen

Work orders down to the line. Ready-to-store results, events and a live dashboard back up.

Manufacturing and warehouse, in the same Level 3

Manufacturing module

Integrated with ERP manufacturing. The line receives a work order and returns the finished record.

  • Order body: SKU, order number, target quantity
  • Level 2 integration on each station
  • Ready-to-store product data and events sent onward to EDA, with reports and dashboards

Warehouse module

Integrated with the ERP stock module. The same serials the line created are what the warehouse receives and ships.

  • SKU and inventory management
  • EDA serials in, EDA events out
  • Master data sync and real-time line monitoring
