Part one
Vision inspection
The camera station is there to catch defects, take a manual check off the line, and leave a record the quality team can use when a batch is questioned. A bad unit is seen while the line is still running, which is when waste and rework are still cheap to stop.

Print and codes
What is printed on the unit
Print-message inspection watches the print while the batch is open: smudges, an incomplete mark, or the wrong information, so the line can correct it. Optical character verification checks that the code matches the batch. The same station can see an inkjet mark, and whether a barcode is clear and complete or compacted, with a missing digit.

Glass and containers
Codes and the body of the container
Optical character recognition on glass reads codes on curved or uneven surfaces, including harsh conditions on the line. The same family of checks covers the bottle bottom and chips, the fill level, and a dip tube.

Closures and seals
The cap, the seal, the stopper
Stopper and gore-joint presence, seal uniformity on a pod, and whether the stopper went in. Shape and dimension sit with these checks when the closure is what the camera is judging.

Straws and packs
The unit and the carton
Straw inspection covers size, shape, and material, and it flags cracks, bends, and contamination on a high-speed line. Presence and count in a carton, label position, and tray control are the pack-side checks.
Part two
Tablet inspection
The tablet station inspects tablets and capsules on continuous and intermittent blister lines. It looks for cracks, chips, the wrong shape, and foreign material. A reject can be fitted or left off, and when it is fitted the mechanism is built for that line.

On the tablet
What it looks for

Black spot, double cap, chipping, colour spot, spot, crack, foreign object, missing cap, joints, dented capsule, cap only, and a broken tablet.
On the station
What it keeps
Product profiles without a fixed limit. Batch operations. A count of strips inspected and strips rejected. Analytical reports with filters. Users by role. A line interlock that can be turned on or off by hand.
On the batch
- Profiles, no fixed limit
- Batch operations
- Reports with filters
- Users by role
- Interlock, on or off
Part three
Vial counter
The vial counter is a bench station for a tray of vials. Place the tray, scan it at high resolution, count the vials, then show the result and print the report.
The count is meant to be precise, so the bench is not counting by hand. The report prints with the result.

Place
The tray
Set the tray of vials on the station.
Scan
High resolution
The station scans the tray.
Count
The vials
The counter counts every vial on the tray.
Result
Display and print
The count is shown, and the report can be printed.
