Offline Folded Carton
Serialization station

The station for manual packaging lines
Erected cartons are placed on a compact offline station, positioned, and printed with a GS1 DataMatrix on the top flap. The code carries the GTIN, production date, expiry and serial number. The camera inspects the print, and cartons that fail are rejected automatically.
It fits lines that pack by hand, rework, and plants that need item-level identity before an inline project is installed. The same Track line software runs the batch: SKU profile, work order, QC status, live quality reports and the audit trail.
Erected cartons
Folded cartons, fed and positioned so the top flap sits square to the printer and the camera.
Up to 300 a minute
At a 4 cm carton width. At 15 cm width the station runs at up to 150 a minute.
Print and inspect
DataMatrix on the top flap, checked on the station, with automatic rejection of a bad code.
Line software included
Work orders, QC status changes, export, live reports, users and a full audit trail.
Where it sits
Manual packaging
A standalone station beside the people packing the batch. The operator feeds the carton; the station enforces position before it prints.
- Batch start, hold and stop from the work order
- QC can change a serialized product’s status
- Dashboard, live monitoring and quality reports
What the flap needs
The code is printed on the top flap. That surface has to take ink and read back cleanly under the camera.
- Use an unlaminated print surface
- Carton length 6 to 25 cm, height 1.5 to 15 cm
- Process built to cGMP, software aligned to 21 CFR Part 11
